# Steering Point

> Steering Point is an Irish executive search and leadership development firm. We partner with boards, CEOs and senior leaders to appoint exceptional executives and to build high-performing leadership, using a research-driven, evidence-based methodology rather than gut feel.

Our work spans two connected practices: Executive Search, which identifies and secures senior leaders, and Human Performance, our leadership development practice. Both are underpinned by psychometrics, a structured four-phase process (Learn, Explore, Engage, Appoint) and post-placement support.
