Head of HR
Head of HR required for a leading Healthcare Organisation provider primarily based in Sligo with occasional travel to Dublin and additional sites.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the Group CEO, you will have full oversight of the HR & recruitment function across a group of distinct companies with a total headcount of under 300 staff.
Success in this role is having a distinct combination of operational and strategic HR experience with agility to navigate the diverse landscape of three distinct businesses acting as an invaluable business partner to their Regional Directors.
Desirable candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial HR capacity and outstanding interpersonal aptitude will be crucial.
