This pivotal role requires an individual with a proven track record in production management who maintains the highest quality standards.

You will be at the forefront, steering a committed team of 70, driving commercial success in partnership with the Group CEO and Head of Sales. Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership, operational oversight, business development, and financial stewardship. You will nurture customer relationships and guide your colleagues’ professional journeys, fostering an environment where innovation and brand development thrive.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of senior management experience in FMCG, Pharma or related production environments, a zest for the food industry, and a talent for strategic execution. Proficiency in IT, capital program implementation, stellar communication, and exceptional negotiation skills are crucial.
