John brings over 20 years of experience helping organisations identify, assess, and develop their people. He specialises in competency-based assessment, leadership development, and succession planning, with deep expertise in designing assessment and development centres tailored to specific business needs — from graduate programmes through to executive level.

His work spans organisational competency framework design, psychometric assessment (including SHL's OPQ32, Hogan, PAPI and eip3), and bespoke training programmes covering interview skills, assessor accreditation, appraisal techniques, and outplacement support. John has delivered these programmes internationally across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East, giving him a strong grounding in working across culturally diverse organisations.

He has partnered with senior leadership teams across a broad range of sectors, including Coca-Cola, AstraZeneca, Lloyds of London, the United Nations, and Transport for London, helping them identify and develop talent for critical roles.
