The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) is a statutory agency established in 2006 by the Irish Government under the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 to undertake one of the largest regeneration and urban design projects within Dublin city for many decades.
The GDA’s mission is to transform Grangegorman into a vibrant community that encompasses a world-class, integrated and inclusive education, health and community campus and urban quarter.

The Programme Coordinator will also lead the development of the governance, funding and operational arrangements required for the effective long-term management of the Grangegorman Urban Quarter, ensuring that future infrastructure is supported by an integrated and sustainable estate management model.
The successful candidate will work closely with Government Departments, TU Dublin, HSE, Dublin City Council, utility providers, funding bodies and other key stakeholders, managing complex relationships and ensuring the successful progression of the programme.
Reporting within the senior management structure of the GDA, the Programme Coordinator will play a key role in delivering an important element of the Agency’s strategic objectives.
