Trinity Community Care CLG is a not-for-profit provider of HSE-funded home support services operating across the CHO9 region of North Dublin. With over forty years of community service delivery, Trinity supports older adults and individuals with disabilities within an increasingly regulated and workforce-intensive sector. Facing sustained service growth, expanded governance requirements, workforce pressures, and the forthcoming regulation of home care services by HIQA, the Board identified the need to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer to professionalise leadership structures while preserving Trinity’s person-centred ethos.

Proven regulatory and quality governance capability.
Multi-site operational leadership within care environments.
Strong HSE and commissioner stakeholder engagement.
Financial stewardship within public funding models.
Values-led cultural leadership aligned to a not-for-profit mission.
