The Role

Pieta is seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team and help shape their future. A key strategic role, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the Finance and Governance functions to ensure strong financial sustainability, operational excellence and compliance. You’ll work closely with the Board and senior leaders to support strategic decision-making, provide clear financial insights, and drive forward-thinking plans that support the delivery of Pieta’s life-saving services.

You’ll be responsible for the organisation’s financial planning, reporting, and control environment, while also playing a key role in governance, risk management and performance improvement. You’ll lead a high-performing finance team, ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met, and help manage key stakeholder relationships. The Person

You are a professionally qualified accountant with at least seven years’ post-qualification experience in a senior finance role. A strategic thinker and proven leader, you have successfully managed complex organisations and led high-performing teams through growth and change.
