CEO
Shay is an ACCA qualified professional with 20 years of experience working senior accountancy roles within the industrial and financial sectors.
He worked as an accountant until 1996 when he subsequently left to focus on the recruitment of finance and accountancy professionals.
Paul Flynn
Director
Before co-founding Steering Point, Paul was CEO of the Gaelic Players Association; an organisation focused on the health, well-being and welfare of GAA inter-county players.
At a time of change for the organisation, Paul led the GPA though a period of significant growth and success.
