Jonny has over 14 years’ experience in leading, developing and enhancing individual and team performance. Professionally he has partnered with a variety of organisations, leaders and elite performers to translate their performance potential towards unrivalled levels.
With a 11-year applied elite sporting career Jonny played with and captained the Dublin Senior Football Team. As a key team member he was head of their leadership group for 7 years working to get the best out of others utilising a variety of techniques and frameworks.
He also personally conducted over 50 practical cultural exchanges with business and sports organisations globally in recent years. Understanding new ways of working, testing his assumptions and building a strong global network. All of which he brings to each client engagement.
Academically he has obtained an MSc in Work and Organisational Behavioural Psychology, a BSc in Sports Science and Health, a Diploma in Executive Coaching, a Diploma in Leadership and he has completed a Human Performance Mentorship with EXOS in the US.
Grounded in theory Jonny combines his Professional, Applied elite sport, Practical and Academic experience with a passion for performance development. Driven and passionate to enhance human and team potential.
