Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial leadership during a key transitional phase for our client’s business. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of strong organic performance while driving the effective allocation of capital to support an ambitious M&A strategy.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic, results-oriented finance leader to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping strategic initiatives, enhancing finance capabilities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the Group. Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will support the business through an exciting buy-and-build growth journey.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record as as a senior finance leader, ideally within a high-growth or acquisitive environment.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated experience managing equity and debt stakeholders.
• Proven ability to integrate finance functions post-M&A, including driving ERP or system consolidation projects.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the capability to influence at both strategic and operational levels.
