Engineering Programme Manager

international standards and customer satisfaction through their experienced team of engineers.

Shaping the future of storage and material handling technologies this role of Programme Manager is pivotal in leading, organising, and delivering client-facing capital investment engineering-led projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project controls, planning, resource management, risk mitigation, governance, change management, and client relationship management.#

Additionally, the role involves commercial management to control costs, maximise margins, and maintain cash flow. It requires reviewing contract estimates, managing project and commercial reporting, and providing visibility on project deliverables and timelines to stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience sought include 5-10 years’ experience in delivering complex capital investment projects, contracts, and commercial management. Experience in engineering solutions, particularly in the food processing sector, is advantageous.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in ISO manufacturing, project management, and client relationship management.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is required, along with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues in their career development.
