Head of Operations | Scaling HealthTech Start-Up

Our client is a fast-growing, medically-led, digitally-delivered platform that is redefining how people access long-term, evidence-based care for chronic health conditions. Backed by science, powered by technology, and built on empathy, they have already proven their product-market fit.

Now ready for scale, they are seeking a Head of Operations to join their leadership team and partner directly with the CEO to build the internal engine of this scalable, high-impact company.

This role is about taking a validated, mission-led service and helping our client become a data-led, tech-enabled business without losing what makes it human.

Your role will encompass:

  • Building Scalable Systems & Processes
  • Driving Cross-Functional Execution
  • Leading Internal Infrastructure
  • Supporting Growth & Partnerships
  • Being a Strategic Partner to the CEO

The ideal candidate will have the following background and capabilities:

  • 5–10+ years of senior operational leadership experience
  • Experience in a healthtech, tech-enabled, or subscription business
  • Built internal ops from early-stage to scale—you’ve created what didn’t exist
  • Operationally rigorous but fast-moving—done is better than perfect
  • Strategic yet execution-oriented—you see the big picture and drive results
  • Skilled in program management (Agile, PRINCE2, Lean, PMI, etc.)
  • Emotionally intelligent—you build trust and lead through clarity, not control
  • Energised by challenges others avoid: ambiguity, complexity, scaling

A bonus would be experience in digital health or clinical pathway optimisation

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a high-demand, high-impact business. You’ll work directly with a visionary CEO on mission-critical initiatives, building something truly meaningful within a culture that values both performance and people.

The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and equity in a high-growth company.
