Head of Finance

We are seeking a Head of Finance to join a leading network of specialist clinics dedicated to delivering world-class advanced treatments. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organisation, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

In this role, you will oversee financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance while providing strategic insights to guide decision-making. You’ll also manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and lead a high-performing finance team (5 people). Your expertise will be instrumental in optimising financial performance and aligning financial strategies with broader organisational goals.
