The Role

As they embark on a growth journey expanding their footprint to the East of Ireland (Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow) Steering Point Executive Search have been exclusively retained to seek a Regional Director of Operations for Gateway Community Care (Intellectual Disability Sector) to spearhead this growth. Join them in their commitment to shaping the future of care provision in Ireland.

Shaping the future of care provision in Ireland the role of Regional Director (East of Ireland) your role will incorporate:

  • Strategic collaboration with the Group CEO and Senior Management Team to spearhead the strategic expansion plan, focusing on meticulous planning and goal setting.
  • Driving innovation in care solutions to meet unique needs in the East of Ireland.
  • Meeting financial targets for opening new houses and manage house cost centres strategically.
  • Focusing on continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest-quality care and best outcomes for supported individuals
  • Build and maintain relationships with a broad range of stakeholders beyond traditional CHO areas, fostering collaboration and forming strong working relationships with relevant HSE Disability Managers, Case Managers, and Social Workers.

The Person

Ideally you will have extensive experience in the disability sector, including residential care, ideally in the public, voluntary, or private sector.

Management experience is a must, preferably at a regional level, with a proven track record of managing staff teams.

You will be able to demonstrate experience in service set-up and communication with Community Healthcare Organisation (CHO) personnel.

Strong motivation for quality of service and commitment to the expansion plan.

Hybrid working arrangements offered, with the role based in Parkwest, Dublin D12 F9X8
