Bread 41 is an organic bakery located in Dublin. It first opened its doors in September 2018, when they made 60 loaves of bread and 120 pastries – and were sold out in about 20 minutes. They have been playing catch up with demand ever since and on a busy day now, they can produce anything up to 5,000 pastries and many, many loaves of bread. We’re excited to have the founder and owner of Bread 41, Eoin Cluskey, on the show to share how he continues to scale the community bakery.
