Financial Controller

As the Finance Controller, you will hold a pivotal position in steering the financial management and advancement of the company.

Your role will demand a hands-on approach and a wealth of experience to effectively work through the intricacies of a contemporary manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass leading and guiding the finance team, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, managing cash flow operations, stock control and purchasing, engaging with stakeholders, enhancing operational efficiency, and assessing investment opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a recognised accountancy qualification coupled with a solid background of at least eight years in senior finance roles, preferably within manufacturing ( but not essential ), production, or a related sector.
