Head of HR

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive our client’s people strategy, ensuring the workforce is empowered, compliant with HIQA standards, and fully engaged in delivering exceptional service.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead HR initiatives across recruitment, retention, organisational culture, and growth.

With at least six years of managerial HR experience, preferably within service-oriented sectors, and a Master’s degree in HR or a related field, you’ll lead initiatives promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
